Report copyright violation
Did one of the photos on Photocase catch your eye as an image that a photographer may be misrepresenting as their own? Are you the photographer and/or do you know - or know of - the actual photographer?
Photocase has a duty to prevent and protect against any infringement of copyright. Please consider that the Uploader, and not Photocase, is responsible for uploaded photos. Before a user can publish a photo on Photocase, they must confirm twice - once at the time of upload, and once during the finalization process - that they hold the copyright for the uploaded file. Copyright holders must therefore turn to the Uploader of the file for any further measures beyond the initial removal of the photo from the Photocase database.
You can arrange a fast and uncomplicated removal of the photo by using ourContact Formor by email toinfo@photocase.com.Please send us a link to the photo in question and a short reason why you believe its presence on Photocase constitutes copyright infringement.
We will treat any such messages as top priority.
